Je suis très satisfait. J'ai hésité car j'ai vu des avis négatifs. J'ai contacté la hotline pr email avant mon achat pour vérifier qu'ils avaient le produit en stock. J'ai eu réponse positive en - de 12h. J'ai acheté un cloueur béton dewalt a 550€ donc je voulais pas me tromper... J'ai reçu en 6j mon colis. Départ de chez eux en 48h. Je suis très satisfait et le tarif est le plus bas que j'ai pu comparer . 👍

Update - customer service was easy to work with and able to quickly make the order right and get the right tool to me fast. Thank you!! Great selection of products at great prices. Ordered several torque tools and it has taken 3 shipments to get the order right. Customer service has been kind, easy to work with, which is a plus. It would be great to see the warehouse and shipping departments operating with more agency and accuracy.
