Im from UK, the process from purchasing online to arriving to the door is very good actually. I've ordered twice from them and haven't had an issue. The dates for shipping that they provide are accurate. I did however have an issue with customer service, i was looking for a particular jigsaw i noticed it had the correct details, code number etc but the image was wrong, it was of an old model. So i emailed them about it and their response was they didn't sell it, i asked them to cross check it but i didn't get a response. I had a strong feeling it was the correct one so i purchased it anyway and i did receive the correct item as i suspected, i emailed them to inform them it was the correct item and that they could be loosing out on business due to incorrect image, but i still didn't receive a response. Its a shame because the rest of the business is set up well. They sell a variety of great tools.

Placing an order on your website was an awesome experience. Though the shipping costs are high it is understandable. If an option to ship via sea will be far less expensive and it will give an opportunity to order more item as the shipping would be far less
