Absolutely poor service! Nobody answer the phone, nobody answer the contact form, live chat is fake - nobody there. They offer 48-72 hours shipping time, and nobody shipped the product over a week, no communication at all ... I have requested money refund. Avoid using this site !!!

Spedizione più lenta del previsto. Impacchettamento migliorabile. La merce dentro lo scatolo Ra libera di vagare e le scatoline dei chiodi si sono aperte spargendosi ovunque! Dopo reclamo, nessun commento o scuse dal gestore.

Ich habe am 28.9 bestellt und bisher (7.10) wurde nicht geliefert. Auch auf Nachfrage habe ich keine Tracking-Nummer für die Lieferung erhalten. Trotzdem wurde mir eine Aufforderung zugeschickt, eine Bewertung abzugeben...
