The shipping is terrible. Perhaps the delivery company is responsible because some of part were broken and some small parts were missing. I made pictures about it.

Can't get anyone to answer my emails. Phone gets answered by recording in Portuguese which I don't speak. I don't recommend Mister Worker.

ottimo servizio, ho avuto problemi meccanici con lo strumento dopo 30 giorni dall'acquisto, hanno immediatamente spedito un ricambio. Proprio sevizio top, hanno un cliente per vita.

it looks this is the worst online store. My order is 29576. After a week, the order status is unknown, nobody even responds to my emails to customer support. Very disappointed.
