While the price is competitive, the service is well below standard. Shipping time is often late; my two consecutive orders have been late for over a month!. Customer service is not good, I send messages (maybe 5-6 messages) via a web form, and no one responds. I have to send an email directly to get an unfriendly response. Moreover, not a single apologise for not responding to my messages. If you are in a rush, stay away from this site. If you can wait a month or longer, you might want to give it a shot.

Consegna non velocissima ma nei tempi comunicati, l'account viene cancellato continuamente, impossibile risalire all'ordine effettuato.

Ho ordinato del materiale il 15 novembre con consegna prevista in 2 - 3 giorni lavorativi. Dopo più di due settimane non si sa ancora quando riceverò la spedizione

There were no status updates or tracking number supplied for this order. I got a surprise delivery after 4 weeks.

3 weeks in and my item has still not been delivered. No response from the online form on their website which I completed twice whilst trying to get an update. Finally got a response 48 hours later once I sent the sales team an email. Been told it will be another 2 weeks before it’s dispatched. Mister Worker, Mr Martin says FAIL and I won’t be buying from you again!

Consegna prevista in 2 o 3 giorni. Sono ancora in attesa della merce ordinata il 29/07/2020! Al numero indicato per servizio clienti non rispondono, dopo tre email dicono di ritardi nelle consegne.

Non ho ancora ricevuto il pacco . Quindinon ho potuto fare il regalo di Natale . Oltre tutto non mi è stato mandato il numero per vedere dove è il pacco. Ho chiamato più volte il numero segnalato per chiedere ma non mi ha mai risposto nessuno .

Pre purchase questions over 3 weeks very helpful, problems started after bought item. It was not shipped, no tracking No given, no replies to several emails. Only got a reply when stated I would seek refund from PayPal by the end of the day if I did not receive tracking No. I THEN GOT TRACKING No and response that day. The item had not been ordered and tracking showed start of process beginning. Not happy at all.

Non rispondono al telefono ma solo alle @. Non sono riuscito a modificare un ordine anche se ho chiamato e inviato una @ pochi minuti dopo l'ordine. Dopo diversi giorni mi hanno risposto per dirmi che la spedizione era già stata affidata al corriere. Se avessero risposto almeno ad una delle mie 10 telefonate, sarebbe stato possibile modificare l'ordine. Di positivo c'è solo il prezzo.

Goods had been poorly packed without any adhesive tape on it package. Plastic back for shipping has a several holes, the sharpness of Cutting pliers can make it loose if goods is bigger than this.
