Kann leider immer noch keine Bewertung abgeben... Das Lieferversprechen wurde noch nicht eingehalten. Bestellt am 25.02.2019. Heute ist der 11 März und das Gerät ist immer noch nicht eingetroffen. Schade das man Informationen nur bekommt wenn man per Mail fragen stellt.Da der Support antwortet 2 Sterne!!! Sonst eher keine. Schade.Bin sehr enttäuscht..

My card was charged a much higher amount than displayed. I received refund after multiple emails and calls to Amazon Pay through whom I paid and Mister Worker who was the seller. Clear description of the issue initially was met with a standard response. Not addressing the issue highlighted. I have serious reservations about a repeat purchase

Ordinata una valigetta portautensili della DEWALT il 18/12/2018 , sul sito della Mister Worker® la spedizione era prevista untro 48/72 ore . Trascorse 48h li ho contattati e la risposta è stata che il pacco era stato consegnato al corriere . Trascorsi alcuni giorni li ho ricontattati e mi è stato risposto che il pacco doveva essere ancora consegnato al corriere. L'ho ricevuto il 4/01/2019.

Purtroppo non posso essere contento del servizio datomi, acquistato tutto con netto anticipo al Natale e dopo aver pagato quasi 300€ , mi ritrovo ad avere la metà dei prodotti pagati, e dopo 20 giorni dopo chiamate infinite e email sono riuscito ad avere un altro prodotto, ed un rimborso per un altro accessorio mancante e non presente in magazzino.Peccato che era un regalo quindi non sono riuscito a concludere il tutto in tempo . Un consiglio se i prodotti sono visualizzati nel sito devono essere presenti in magazzino e non bisogna accettare i pagamenti in anticipo perché così facendo succedono questi inconvenienti non gradevoli .

Its the second (and the last) time I've ordered from Mister worker, I've spent more than 1000€ and my experience is that their service and accuracy is a disaster. My first order was kinda OK apart from the lack of communication and the numerous delays of the shipment. The second one was horrible, I've asked for a custom quote since it was 20 items I ordered and everything was fine up to a point when I received the package. First it was not complete several items were missing, there was no package list stating whats in the package. After that I've compilained they told me that the manufacturer delayed some items and they will ship it and will keep me informed which they didn't. So I just got the missing items about 1 month after the original purchase and it still misses 1 item... So im fed up with them and will never ever order from Mister Worker.

Promised to ship in 72 hours but shipped after a week. Shipping took approx two to deliver. Everything ok apart from shipping. Contacted them and told me they are going to fix this.

Arrivato danneggiato e nonostante abbiano promesso di sostituire pezzi, ancora nessuna notizia. Provato a contattare via mai e telefonicamente ma nessuna risposta!!!!

Ho ricevuto il prodotto 18 giorni dopo l'ordine, tutto corretto, ma solo dopo aver aperto una pratica con Paypal. Sul sito non compare lo stato d'ordine e il numero di tracking, al telefono non rispondono, e alle mail rispondono a volte.

Non si può attendere quasi UN MESE PER UN OGGETTO. Veramente assurdo

L'ordine è partito 15 gg dopo averlo effettuato e non entro le 72 ore menzionate sul sito. Il pacco è stato consegnato da SDA aperto e con merce mancante e riguardava solo una parte del totale ordine. Su nostra segnalazione è stato creato un nuovo ordine per la merce mancante, arrivato quasi subito. La seconda parte dell'ordine è arrivata dopo altri 15 gg. solo dopo nuovi solleciti. In tutto questo tempo è stata più volte richiesta la fattura ma venivano sollevati diversi problemi per averla, solo dietro avviso che avremmo agito per vie legali siamo riusciti ad ottenere il documento. Nel complesso l'esperienza non è stata positiva, una nota di lode al solo servizio assistenza che risponde tempestivamente alle mail cercando la soluzione ai problemi.

No action for delivery was taken until I pointed out that it had been paid for. Freight rates to this part of the world are not competitive compared to other providers. An order that was incorrectly added by your staff is still there despite the fact that I notified that it was there at the same time that I pointed out that the item delivered had been paid for. All in all I would rate this as disappointing.
