The shopping experience was good apart from having to wait for a template which wasn’t in the original package. Very pleased with the product though mounting it on the wall was slightly tricky, better instructions would have helped.

Magnifique bibliothèque, qui s'intègre parfaitement là où nous souhaitions l'installer ! Seul bémol => il nous a fallu plus de temps (180 min indiquées) pour la monter ;-)

Last month I received the Iacopo XL bookcase. The product was packed very securely so despite of the long trip (Italy-Netherlands) I received the 19 packages undamaged and in good condition. The bookcase is big so it took a little longer to assemble than suggested in the instructions. In its price-range the quality of the product is absolutely magnificent. There were some issues with DHL but the friendly lady from customer service at Mobili Fiver provided great help and communication. All in all great job guys! Would recommend and order again, thanks!

Mobili Fiver has such beautiful furniture at such a reasonable price. I fell in love with the Classico Expandable Console table in Pearl, and knew the soft colors would blend well with my existing furniture. They estimated delivery and were quite accurate. Everything arrived so well packed and in multiple boxes. Assembly wasn’t too difficult, and I built it in an evening. Now, here’s my error. I kept looking at their website and finally decided to make the purchase. In my excitement, I bough the dining table instead of the console. It is beautiful, but too large. After a couple days thinking about it, I decided to contact customer service. Mind you, I’ve already assembled it. But, they will take it back once I have it boxed and crated. Yes, that part is at my expense because I bought the wrong item. What a remarkable wonderful company to be so kind! Yes, I’m in the process of ordering the same style but this time as the console. Totally recommend Mobili Fiver!

Wir haben die auziehbare Sitzbank in Wildeiche lange gesucht und sind hier fündig geworden! Die fast 3 Monate waren angekündigt und wir haben uns darauf eingelassen! Fast 4 Tage vor dem angekündigten Liefertermin kam die Lieferung an. Freude pur! Gleich ans aufbauen, 2 Einlagen hatten leider einen Transportschaden, egal, erst mal aufgebaut. Super das Teil genau wie wir es erhofften. 2 Bilder an den Kundenservice gesendet, 4 Tage später hatten wir sofort die Ersatzflächen zu Hause. Die Seite hat Wort gehalten und wir können jetzt mit unseren 5 Kindern und 3 Enkeln gemeinsam am Tisch tafeln. Jederzeit wieder
