Although the glass sculpture was stunning and worth the price, and well boxed and packed, when it arrived the bill was broken. It appeared that the protective bubble wrap taped around it, being part of a singe sheet around the rest of the body, had become trapped beneath the heavy sculpture so that when the body shifted within its rigid foam bed, it pulled the bill off. It is not worth sending the whole thing back, so we are looking for a top glass restorer here to make a good job of repair here. .

I live in South Africa and have ordered 2 Murano bowls in the last two months. To my amazement these were delivered well within expected time. My experience is that Murano, Venice is exceptionally professional, and take great pride in satisfying their customers at all times. Hilmari Wharton-Hood Cape Town South Africa.
